Running a search in the AIRCRE Research & Listings platform.
1. From the main login page, you can select Sale Listings or Lease Listings from two separate places.
2. Using the various search options, you can fine tune your criteria with the following:
- Location – Search by Counties, Cities, or Markets.
- Type – Using the Space Use to select the property type and receive the best results.
- Price/Size – Enter the size of the Available SF you are looking for, or modify the price to target a specific lease range or sale price.
- More – search by a various set of additional data entry points for a more specific set of results.
3. Now that you have your results, you can use the Save to List function to view the details/remove ones you don’t want on your final report. You may also simply select the Check All button in the top left, and then select the Create Report button directly next to it.
4. In the report options, you can select a wide variety of styles of reports. The most commonly used reports, especially for Industrial and Land listings, are the AIR Brochure and the AIR Key Reports. However, we recommend that you select them all at least once just to see the various styles and find what you like! You can also add a Cover Page as well as various options for Maps. Once you have everything set the way you would like, you can then select the blue Generate Report button to create the final PDF.
