KNOW WHO YOU’RE WORKING WITH
AIR CRE’s Rules of Professional Conduct help to ensure that all Members act in accordance with a strict standard of ethics. When you work across the table from a fellow AIR CRE Member, you can have confidence that your negotiations will adhere to a common code. But, if for some reason a dispute arises, Members can leverage dispute resolution services, which is a peer-based process that will quickly and inexpensively settle disputes through mediation and arbitration. Problem solved.

"AIR CRE membership offers a myriad of valuable benefits but one often unnoticed and underappreciated benefit is arbitration to collect a brokerage fee in the event of an unresolved fee dispute between members. As an AIR CRE member who arbitrated a claim for a substantial brokerage fee, it was reassuring to know that AIR CRE members have a legally binding, professional, and inexpensive way to have their grievance heard and resolved. Arbitration panelists, veteran AIR CRE members, evaluated my dispute and reached a verdict that precisely fit the facts with the Rules of Professional Conduct."
