Filing Fee (non-refundable)
Advance Payment
- Paid in advance of mediation and applied to the final cost of services
Half-Day Session
- Includes up to 4 hours of mediation and 1 hour of review and preparation time
Full-Day Session
- Includes up to 8 hours of mediation and 2 hours of review and preparation time
Neutral Analysis
- Includes up to 4 hours of review and time
Cancellation / Continuance (4 Days or More)
- Fee for cancellation or continuance notices, received by the Mediator, 4 or more calendar days prior to the scheduled date for the mediation.
Cancellation / Continuance (3 Days or Less)
- Fee for cancellation or continuance notices, received by the Mediator, 3 or less calendar days prior to the scheduled date for the mediation.
Failure to Notify Representation by Counsel
- Fee to party for failure to notify Mediator and other party, at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled date for the mediation, of intent to be represented by counsel.
Travel
- In-person mediations taking place at the AIR CRE offices in downtown Los Angeles, CA, or virtual mediations via Zoom are included in the standard pricing above. If you would prefer an alternative location for in-person mediation, travel fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
