MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES / REQUIREMENTS
CRE Brokerage Firms
Requirements:
- Licensed Corporation under the Department of Real Estate
- Firm must be actively engaged in the brokerage of industrial and/or non-residential real estate;
- Must have a responsible member as head of firm who meets the above requirements
- Receive Board of Directors’ approval
Brokers
Requirements:
- Licensed real estate salesperson or broker
- Must be actively engaged in 3rd party industrial and/or non-residential real estate brokerage
- No pending/adjudicated ethics complaints before any real estate organization or governmental agency within the last three-years
- Receive Board of Directors’ approval
Affiliate CRE Organizations
Requirements:
- Must be in the commercial real estate industry or provide a product or service to the commercial real estate industry
- Receive Board of Directors’ approval
Appraisers
Requirements:
- California General Appraiser License
- Actively engaged in Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Appraisal
- Provide 20 of the most recent commercial/industrial/office appraisal transactions
- Receive Board of Directors’ approval
