When using the AIR CRE Research & Listings platform, in a few easy clicks, you can access robust analytic data and create clean presentable reports for your clients. These analytics can be created for a set of just properties, listings, comps, or any combination of the three.
1. From the main AIR CRE landing page, select the Search option for All Properties.
2. Set your search parameters to pinpoint the set of data you would like to analyze.
3. Once you have your results, select the Analyze button towards the top, and let the system go to work!
4. Once the data loads, you can then scroll through the information and there are various ways to download things as either a PDF, XLS, or as an image. Any time you see an arrow pointing down with a line under it, you may click that to download the individual image of the graph being represented.
