AIR CRE’s 28th Annual Fall Market Trends event took place on October 26th at the JW Marriott at LA LIVE, in downtown Los Angeles.
The event brought together a panel of industry experts, from a variety of business sectors, to discuss key trends and influences shaping the CRE landscape in Southern CA, moderated by James Breeze, Senior Director, Global Head of Industrial & Logistics Research at CBRE. The panelists included Jaclyn Ward, Managing Director/Co-Lead LA Agency at JLL, Kelly Johnson, Associate at Colliers, Michael DiBernardo, Deputy Executive Director, Marketing and Customer Relations at the Port of Los Angeles, and Gerald Singh, Senior Vice President at Oltmans Construction Co.
Tim Hayes, AIR CRE’s Executive Director, kicked off the event with introductory remarks acknowledging AIR CRE’s Board of Directors and Past Presidents in attendance and introduced AIR CRE’s current President, Rob Antrobius. Rob discussed AIR CRE’s achievements in 2022 before introducing James Breeze.
