What Does Xceligent, CompStak Partnership Bring AIR CRE?

AIR CRE’s data partner, Xceligent, recently announced the integration of key components of CompStak Exchange into Xceligent’s CDX and Pro platforms. The new information is expected to be available in Southern California by early fall.

This integration addresses the common complaint among brokers that the many new tools available to them cannot be used together easily. For the first time, there is a comprehensive solution that contextualizes each listing with its comps, and with market insight all within a single platform. This is expected to result in smarter, faster deals for brokers using both Xceligent’s and CompStak Exchange’s platforms.

The reason this is important to AIR CRE members is the fact that it significantly expands the data reach. The addition goes a long way toward expanding Xceligent’s comprehensive research solution into the top 65 markets.

So far, CompStak has crowd-sourced more than one million analyst-verified commercial lease comps from a nationwide network of brokers, appraisers, and researchers. The New York-based startup is delivering unprecedented, real-time visibility into leasing activity in dozens of markets across the US and UK.
