For over a decade, John Pagliassotti has provided education and training to thousands of real estate professionals on all aspects of AIR CRE Contracts. As such, he is one of the foremost experts on AIR CRE real estate contracts and has co-authored two books on their usage and meaning.  John is also an instructor for the California Association of Realtors offering courses on the AIR CRE contracts.

John has 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, acting as a broker, owner, institutional asset and property manager, educator, author, and mediator. During this time, he has been associated with hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate transactions, representing millions of square feet and thousands of tenants. John is not only a wealth of knowledge to AIR CRE, but a respected mediator who brings a high degree of understanding and meaningful solutions to every matter.

Beyond his role at AIR CRE, John regularly acts as an expert witness on a wide variety of real estate matters. He provides services to the Los Angeles Superior Court (where his service was acknowledged with a Certificate of Appreciation), Orange County Superior Court, and the California Association of Realtors, and also acts as a court appointed receiver. John received his certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Straus Institute: the top Alternative Dispute Resolution program in the nation.
