Ryan Morkes serves as AIR CRE’s Industrial Senior CRA and Moody’s Liaison, responsible for testing and reporting system issues and additions, reporting client enhancement requests for the research platform, and tracking system issues for AIR CRE Members and Researchers. Additionally, Ryan oversees and processes all new listings and updates that are submitted through the research platform, Super Sheet proofing and scheduling, and company logo additions and updates. He joined AIR CRE in January of 2019 as a Research Associate.

Prior to AIR CRE, Ryan worked in the retail sector doing merchandising and resets for Coca-Cola. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Cal State Fullerton.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Carissa, fishing, boating, camping, and going to Las Vegas.
