Mary Chavarin serves as AIR CRE’s Sales Comps Team Lead, responsible for overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of the sales comparable database. Mary joined AIR CRE in March 2000 as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, she audited and verified listings submitted to The Multiple.

Prior to AIR CRE, Mary served as an Office Manager at NAI Capital where she was responsible for processing deal sheets and producing marketing materials for the Executive Director. Prior to this, she was an Administrative Assistant at Charles Dunn Co., where she handled lease and sale contracts and reported monthly sales to the COO. This diverse experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Mary attended Cal State Long Beach where she received her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies. She has also completed additional education toward her Real Estate Trainers – Salesperson Certificate.

In her free time, Mary enjoys jogging and going to hockey games, especially to support her favorite team the LA Kings.
