Mary Chavarin brings a ton of experience to the research team. She started with AIR CRE in 2000 and is now the Director of AIR CRE’s Sales Comps Team. AIR CRE’s Sales Comps team’s ongoing success directly results from Mary’s hard work.

Mary Studied Liberal Arts at Cal State Long Beach, but found profound interest in Commercial Real Estate, keeping her interest and expertise in CRE.

Mary resides in Los Angeles and enjoys spending time with her four adult children. She also loves attending live shows and concerts. An LA Kings fan, Mary, also enjoys hockey games!
