With AIR CRE since 1999, Maria Verdin occupies the key position of Executive Assistant. Maria rose to this post after serving AIR CRE in Multiple Administration, WinAIR Forms Sales, and as Membership Coordinator.
As Executive Assistant, Maria performs as assistant to the Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer of AIR CRE. In this capacity, she works closely with the COO to organize all Association events, including AIR CRE’s “Broker Networking” events, Forms Seminars, the Annual Golf Tournament, the “Annual Real Estate Market Review & Forecast” dinner, monthly Board meetings, and quarterly orientations. Maria also maintains the Calendar of Events on AIR CRE’s website, processes all applications and documentation for Arbitration cases, and organizes a variety of company events and meetings in AIR CRE’s offices. She also creates all marketing flyers, brochures, handouts, postcards and e-mails.
On her spare time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Particularly with her son Adrian, born November 2015.
