With AIR CRE since 1999, Maria Verdin occupies the key position of Executive Assistant. Maria rose to this post after serving AIR CRE in Multiple Administration, WinAIR Forms Sales (back when our Contracts were sold in hard copy for typewriter use), and as Membership Coordinator.
As Executive Assistant, Maria performs as assistant to the Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer of AIR CRE. In this capacity, she works closely with the COO to organize all Association events, including AIR CRE’s “Broker Networking” events, Contract Strategy Seminars, the Annual Golf Tournament, the “Annual Real Estate Market Review & Forecast” dinner, monthly Board meetings, and new member orientations. Maria also processes all applications and documentation for Arbitration cases, and organizes a variety of company events and meetings in AIR CRE’s offices. More recently, she has taken the lead, along with AIR’s key executives to manage the AIR CRE>Next Program, established in January 2022, this program immerses up-and-coming professionals in key tools of the trade as well as provides opportunities to network with peers, our Board of Directors and senior industry leaders. She also creates all marketing flyers, brochures, handouts, postcards, and e-mails.
On her spare time, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Particularly with her son Adrian, born November 2015.
