Kaitlyn (Balz) Paulson has been part of the research team since January 2011. She joined the team as a Data Analyst and has since evolved into the Director of Quality Assurance and Senior Research Team Lead.

Kaitlyn has an Associate’s Degree in Science and Math with a focus in Biology.

Kaitlyn currently resides in the city of Placentia with her husband Matt. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, hanging out with friends, and cheering for her favorite sports teams, the Green Bay Packers and the Anaheim Ducks.
