Hassan Zulkarnain serves as AIR CRE’s Call Team Lead, responsible for overseeing AIR CRE’s SoCal Research Call Team. He joined AIR CRE in May 2023 as a Commercial Real Estate Associate (CRA).

Prior to joining AIR CRE, Hassan worked as a Licensed Sales Insurance Agent in the health insurance industry. Hassan has also worked as a Physical Education Instructor where he was responsible for teaching K-12 PE and coaching various sports.

Hassan graduated from California State University Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies with an emphasis on kinesiology. Additionally, he attended Marymount California University and Fullerton College.

Hassan currently resides in La Mirada. In his spare time, Hassan enjoys the outdoors, working out, boxing, and trying new food with friends.
