Daniel Japlit serves as AIR CRE’s Office Lead Senior CRA and Analytics Associate. He works closely with the Director of Analytics to oversee the collection, verification and reporting of Industrial Vacancy and Absorption, Sale Comps and Construction in preparation for quarterly Advisory Board and Town Hall meetings. Additionally, he oversees the office research team and is responsible for setting the standard for the highest quality of research activity including collecting and updating commercial real estate information, as well as training and supporting junior research associates.

Daniel joined AIR CRE in December 2017. Prior to AIR CRE, he interned at Xceligent as a Market Data Analyst. He also worked as a Lead of Service and Training Manager at a multinational fashion retailer.

Daniel has a bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of California, Irvine. He currently resides in Sacramento with his wife, Shanice. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cheering on his hometown basketball team, the Sacramento Kings, and going on hikes with his husky mix, Dakota.
