Aidan Campos serves as AIR CRE’s Analytics Associate and Senior Office CRA. He works closely with the analytics and research teams to develop AIR CRE’s quarterly Town Hall presentations and provide confirmation of transaction, vacancy, and comparable sales data during Advisory Board meetings. Additionally, Aidan oversees internal audits through Alteryx to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across the AIR CRE platform. He also manages AIR CRE’s creative office initiative and oversees the collection, organization, and maintenance of creative office data within the company database.

Aidan joined AIR CRE in June 2024 as an intern and quickly transitioned into the office research team as an associate before advancing into his current analytics role. Through his work in research and analytics, he has developed experience in commercial real estate data analysis, reporting, auditing, and market presentation development.

Aidan graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Data Analytics. He currently resides in Los Angeles. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, attending concerts and music festivals, and exploring new places with friends and family.
