JOIN THE AIR CRE > NEXT CLASS OF 2022!
AIR CRE believes in supporting the commercial real estate industry and developing the next generation of CRE leaders. We are currently accepting applications for a one-year, sponsored Membership program that will provide new brokers with access to our full platform of Member resources – a $2,500 value.
This program will immerse up-and-coming CRE professionals in key tools of the trade, including access and training on AIR CRE Research & Listings and AIR CRE Contracts, as well as opportunities to network with peers and AIR CRE Board of Directors and senior industry leaders throughout Southern California. Participants will also receive valuable education on key industry issues, including market trends, legislation, doing deals, and contract negotiation strategies.
In addition, the AIR CRE > Next Class of 2022 will be introduced to all AIR CRE Members via email and will have their name, contact information, and bio included in the 2022 Member Network list. AIR CRE > Next Members will also be educated on the Rules of Professional Conduct, which ensures all Members treat each other respectfully and ethically. When you work across the table from a fellow AIR CRE Member, you can have confidence that your negotiations will adhere to a common code.
Deadline to apply is October 15, 2021
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Work at an AIR CRE Member firm
- Be licensed less than 2 years
- Have been in the CRE business less than 6 months
- Provide 3 references from AIR CRE Members (1 within your firm, 2 from outside your firm)
PROGRAM COMMITMENTS
- Participate in at least 9 events throughout 2022, including:
- AIR CRE > Next Orientation (virtual)
- 2 Technology Training sessions (virtual)
- 2 AIR CRE Contracts seminars
- 3 Town Halls or CRE Training sessions (virtual)
- 1 Networking event
- Maintain up-to-date data in the AIR CRE Research & Listings platform
- Send out at least one property email blast per quarter
PROGRAM TIMELINE
- Sept 15, 2021: Application Submissions Open
- Oct 15, 2021: Application Deadline
- Dec 2021: Selected Members Notified via Email
- Jan 19, 2022: Program Launch / Orientation Event
- June 15, 2022: Mid-Year Program Survey
- Dec 31, 2022: End of Program
