Carlos began working at AIR CRE in 2006 as the WinAIR Forms 2.0 Coordinator. His primary duties in the forms department were to market and sell AIR CRE contract forms. As of 2008, he became the Accounts Payable and primary support to the Forms Coordinator. Today, he is responsible for effectively marketing any AIR CRE contract forms-related product and service such as the AIR CRE Forms Manuals.
Aside from accounting and sales, Carlos assists in AIR CRE events and in the development of the next AIR CRE contract forms software program, WinAIR Forms 3.0.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Los Angeles and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Santa Monica College. Outside of AIR CRE, Carlos enjoys giving back. He is an active member of the Finance Committee for the CSULA Alumni Association and an independent CTEC tax preparer for financially underserved communities.
